Subscription Plans & Features
We offer a variety of subscription plans tailored to different user segments such as individual businesses, marketing agencies, and enterprise partners. Each plan includes access to a distinct set of features, tools, and usage limits (e.g., number of GBPs managed, reporting tools, analytics, etc.).

Plans may include:
- Free plan (with limited access)
- Monthly/Annual paid plans
- Add-on services (e.g., audit reports, multi-location optimization, API access)
Account Registration & Eligibility
To subscribe to any plan, users must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate business and payment information
- Maintain a valid and active email address
By creating an account and subscribing, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind the business entity (if applicable) to this policy.
Billing Cycles & Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis—either monthly or annually—as selected at checkout.
- Auto-renewal is enabled by default. You will be automatically charged at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
- Billing cycles begin on the date of successful payment and end on the same calendar date of the next cycle (e.g., July 15 to August 14).
Trial Period
We may offer a free trial for new users (e.g., 7 or 14 days).
- You will not be charged during the trial.
- At the end of the trial, unless canceled, your account will be automatically converted into a paid plan.
- Only one trial per user or business is allowed.
Upgrades & Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time via your dashboard:
- Upgrades take effect immediately. The difference in cost will be prorated and charged instantly.
- Downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund or credit will be given for unused features.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds or credits are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will be revoked at the end of the billing period.
Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if:
- Payments are not completed on time
- You violate our Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law
- Unauthorized or suspicious activity is detected
Taxes & GST
Where applicable, we will charge and collect Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other applicable taxes based on your billing location and Indian tax law.
